I was totally surprised. They put the customer first. Looked at what was important to us and what we liked. I could not have had a better sales person, Mr. Joe Flowers. He fully explained everything about the vehicle and was genuinely interested in getting us the best deal for what we wanted. If I ever purchase another vehicle, I would go here and will let my friends know also.

You changed my wife's Encore GX's AWD oil in a relative timely manner but your 2021 vehicle is burning oil. That's something I think you already know with this 3 cylinder turbo engine, really poor idea from Buick on the engine choice. *Update later the same day: *AND as "luck" would have it her check engine light came on for her return drive home today. I believe that's the 3rd one we've had, on a 2021 vehicle?? The surprise came when after I test drove the vehicle this evening I decided to lift the hood and shine a light on things knowing you just changed her oil this past Saturday January 20th. If I'm able to attach a pic you will see a plastic engine cover splattered with oil. Oil that most likely came spraying out of a dip stick that wasn't even close to being seated properly! Now of course I checked the oil and will again in the morning and it appears to be nearly full (in the dark with a flashlight). Whether that is the reason for the check engine light I am not sure. I suggest we talk again ASAP on Tuesday the 23rd. *And an update for this am 1/23/24: The check engine light remains on and there is no way to check what it is for of course. The oil appears mostly full. Awaiting your call. Update: 1/25/24 No one "reached out to me". I had to call your dealership to speak with your Service Manager.

A positive and no nonsense vehicle buying experience. I scheduled a time with Bern Little to look at a truck that interested me. I live 1 1/2 hours from Jack Giambalvo Buick GMC. I had test drove a white 2024 Buick Envista Avenir at a local Chambersburg dealership - vehicle was already slated to be traded to another dealership and I was hoping salesman and mgr would search for the same type of vehicle. They did not. I didn't wait and did my own search and found the vehicle I wanted in York, PA, at Jack Giambalvo Buick GMC. I called and made an appt and Al (manager) was very friendly and directed us to our salesman Bernard Little (Bern) who was throughly knowledgeable about the vehicle, took us on a nice long test drive and worked with us on our trade in. Bern was very helpful in the buying process and drove the vehicle 2 hours down to my place of work 2 days later to go over the various apps and controls of my new car. I am very pleased with my vehicle and the wonderful staff that helped me in that process. By the way, I'm still waiting on that dealership from Chambersburg to call me back. Thank you, Bern, for your patience and help in understanding all the bells and whistles on my Avenir.

Bern Little helped me with my purchase from start to finish and even beyond. He was very patient and made me feel like there was no pressure to make a quick decision. Every aspect of the vehicle and the purchasing process was explained in detail and all of my questions were answered with great care and professionalism.
